🇷🇺 Students studing Russian at the University of Warwick (UK) recorded a video for the Birthday celebrations of friendship between the Russian and UK twin cities. The movement of twin cities started on the 6th June 1944 with Coventry and Volgograd. In addition, this video gives a tribute to the greatest Russian poet Alexander Pushkin and celebrates the poet’s birthday as well as #RussianLanguageDay. Students have read a poem that Alexander Pushkin wrote in 1826 to his friend Ivan Pushchin. Thank you to all students from the University of Warwick who read the poem and presented it in an amazing video! #ReadPushkin2020
